| I. Background | |
| IGSF8（免疫球蛋白超家族成員 8）是位于染色體 1q23.2 的跨膜蛋白基因，編碼含免 疫球蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域的 EWI 亞家族成員，別名 CD316、EWI-2 等。其蛋白與 CD81/CD9 四跨膜 蛋白互作，參與細(xì)胞遷移、病毒感染調(diào)控及腫瘤免疫逃逸。在腫瘤中，IGSF8 常過表達并 與 MHC-I 表達呈負(fù)相關(guān)，通過結(jié)合 NK 細(xì)胞表面的 KIR3DL2（人）或 Klra9（小鼠）受體， 抑制 NK 細(xì)胞脫顆粒及細(xì)胞毒性，導(dǎo)致低抗原呈遞、低免疫浸潤及不良預(yù)后。 | |
